If God has always been before there were angels and God was the only being, was He lonely being the only one?

It is true that God was the only Being before He created angels. However, there are two things that you need to remember. First, since the Bible teaches that there is a Trinity of God the father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, God would never have been lonely. In Genesis 1:26 it says,
"And God said, let us make man in our image...".
Thus, the three members of the Godhead could converse with each other. Second, before the creation there was no time nor space. The Bible tells us that God is a spirit (John 4:24), and thus He transcends time and space and does not require them. II Peter 3:8 states "that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day," so I'm certain that God never got lonely. The Bible does not tell us how He felt about being the only One, but it does appear that God created man in order to fellowship with him. I don't believe that it was rooted in loneliness, however.
